You and I are in the same boat I pay the higher amount of rent as well but I called back Managment, I was told national grid is here because apparently Managment didn't have some pipe hooked up correctly, but now I'm like they only working on your building and I guess because Managment is in your building that's messed up I'm going to call them again at 3pm and then I'm calling 311 and then going to stay the night at my old apartment this is ridiculous I'm happy I didn't sign a two year lease because if this is what it's going to be like in the winter I can not do this uggh. I also asked about the lease mine isn't ready for pick up they stated they would call me when it's ready.

Guys, buy some installation curtains...There's a store on pitkin avenue, not too far from there that sells it for $12.99 each, It's really good and it keeps out the cold.

I shouldn't have to buy that if they fixed the crap properly, the heat in my apartment should not be in the 50's when it's 13 degrees outside matter fact it should never be in the 50's regardless of the temp. Managment suck they solution to the problem was go stay in a hotel and Bill the company smfh, they try to over talk woman I'm just done with them it's not only my unit another person on my floor have the same issue they said they put plastic on her window are you kidding me that's unacceptable. I filed a complaint with the city this is ridiculous I'm done talking to Managment Livonia commons suck the apartments are nice but the bones are no good. It's something wrong with every building if it's not heat it's the hot water if it's not that then it's the pressure if it's not that its the cable hook up and all of these issues come from different people I saw in the building and was just curious to see if it's only my apartment . Why can't I just have good heat ugggh

I can't stop laughing as you are sooo right! When I moved in I had the outlet issues lol.. Would have never known if Verizon didn't need to charge their tools lol.. Last night I came home to a notice stating that there was going to be no water for a few hours lmao.. Aaaahhhh gotta love it 😡

Lol that's exactly what I was saying in a previous post.. Cheap or not cheap we are still paying rent and we are still human.. This **** isn't free! After the hell and stress we go through in the process of getting this apartment **** we should be living a few months in here free.. Lmao.. Something def isn't right but then again how would we know of an issue if it isn't attempted to be used first..
Don't get me wrong I absolutely love my apartment but there's certain stressed that I can sure do without. I think I speak for a few ppl on my floor especially when we work in the morning and we have no hot water! Lmao.. I'm sure it will get fixed soon lol
I hope they learn there lesion on ya building before they call me for mines lmao ( which is not done yet)
