As for court u should be fine, is a legal Judgement on your credit report?.....Once they run your credit they will see it on your credit report if its there.

I don't think you should tell them unless they ask but I believe when your file get sent to the city for approval they check there to see if your in housing court and stuff like that.

Lmaoooooo well no worries when I told ppl I was moving there instead of congratulating me they my straight into OMG it's a danger zone, you're gonna be in danger and so forth.. Lmaooo but I've been fine so far.. Only thing was the shooting the other day but a shooting can happen anywhere just like it happened in a very good area in Williamsburg not to long ago.. **** happens..
