Also, obviously, you need to view the apartment first... lol. I wonder if that will ever happen.

I guess on the bright side, the fact that I haven't submitted updated documents means that I'm less likely to have to submit them again since they won't be old by the time the building is ready.

hesnyc, your updated documents are already at least a month old! They better not delay or you'll have to get new ones again! I want to see some leases signed.

The job posting for a Building Engineer from August 8 is still up. I hope that's not their reason for delay. https://www4.recruitingcenter.net/Cl...=11034&esid=az The job posting, remember, said they expected tenants to move-in in "September 2017". They'd better hurry!

September is not going to happen, let's look towards Thanksgiving /Christmas.
After all Parker work is done and a lease is signed, how much time are you given to move-in?

Wow then the tenant will "sublet" even though they probably aren't allowed to get top $$ - this post does sound so entitled?? If I were entering and wanting to pay 1/2 or 1/3 of what the going rate is - I would make sure it's clean, functional, and can accommodate me etc. and I'd be thanking my lucky stars I'm in Manhattan for less than what everyone else is paying - curtains and lighting designs can do wonders!

Ugh, don't I know it! If they can't get me moved in in 93 days I'm back at square 1. It's getting so close to the holidays now...makes me nervous.

well it looks like my predictions are wrong. i said TCO in July (correct) and that the lottery would resume in August (correct) and that we would see the first lease signings in September (INCORRECT!). october anyone? this is crazy.
