Hello! Make sure you have every document they ask for. And keep copies of everything! Also a money order with the amount they instructed. It helps to have the documents organized in the order they listed. Good luck

I'm 80%. Hoping for a 1 bedroom if still available; if not, a studio! I've been praying about this building since I applied back in 2016.

Wow! That is fantastic!!! I'm glad things are moving forward for you. Did they give you any indication of when the apartment will be ready? They won't let you sign the lease until the apartment is move in ready? I hope good news continues for you!

I tried reaching them all day today and couldn't get a hold of anyone. They were supposed to get back to me on Thursday.

Thank you! No indication yet. But yes I have to view first then sign. How long did it take for the others after viewing hpd. They were hoping a March 1 lease sign , I’d be happy with that.
