I just want to check, did anyone got their application back from the Towers of Bay Ridge Lottery?
They are supposed to mail it out by December 2nd but I've never received it. I didn't receive a return mail on delivery failed either. Just want to check if anyone got it, or maybe they never mailed it out?
I think I will give them a call tomorrow (if I remember!)
I never received mine, but also don't have a number for them. Where did you find a phone number to contact them by?
They don't have a number. It's not from the management office, but I would think the management office will know the answer. Their phone number is (718) 492-5300.
The very last time I call them, they told me the paper will be mail out on December 2nd.
I have a feeling the paper might be delay, cause if it was lost, the office will make a second attempt to call again. It's common during the holiday season they will close. Maybe they are holding onto them.
Note: The list is marked as CLOSE on the New York State Website.
If you by any chance remember to call them, please give me an update. (Always forget once I'm at work).
I haven't received anything from them either, they probably haven't even sent them out yet!
Hey guys. Just a quick reply. I did call up thr management company this morning and they basically said who ever is in charge of the lottery thing told them they had already mailed out the application. They said they don't have a phone number or the person's name that is in charge of thr lottery.
I have file a complain with the Mitchell Lama office, an online one, but I'm not confident we will be able to get a second copy of the application. As always, lack of transparency and accessible information. No one in the Mitchell lama office is pikcing up the phone.
If anyone got any deails, please update me.
Or if anyone got an appliaction, and if you dont mind, make me a copy!
Just an update. Finally got someone to answer the phone in DHCR. They admit that no one is over seeing the process and the chance to obtain a second copy of the application is minimal. Nevertheless, I filed a complain and got to cotact number of the person in charge of the Towers of Bay Ridge. Was instructed to call her in a few days to follow up.
I have no idea, but the person in charge of this admit that she receives multiple requests on the application last week and those people have been getting them now.
Let me write her back and see if the deadline was extended.
Sorry I thought it is useless, so I tear it down.
Is any way we can get the copy again?
