From what I've been reading. I think they ask everyone to submit documents and Reside New York takes a long time to respond after submitting documents.

Nope no reply’s I’ve contacted them 5 times via email on 3 different days, Morning & Afternoons. So nobody hears from them at all??.

My friend submitted all documents and hasn’t been contacted by management or agency. Who she should contact or just patiently wait? She pass by the building and still under construction.
