My friend submitted all documents and hasn’t been contacted by management or agency. Who she should contact or just patiently wait? She pass by the building and still under construction.
I'm in the same position, but I think we should just wait, because I wrote to emails and they never answered. But you can try.
I called reside no answer, the next day an agent called me back asking for my log # gave it to her she said she received all documents but I would have to wait until the agent reviews them
