I have also called and no one picks up the phone, emails as well no response yet. I'm not part of the community board but they should have at least sent an update. I submitted my documents the first week of november. I am losing hope.

yes they did. a few weeks ago . They are almost finished filling up the apartment. They have about 60 units left to fill now
