How long is the lease?
Separately from the lottery, do you have to recertify or something?
What will happen at the end of the lease? Will the voucher be reissued, and increased if necessary?
Does it cover any amenities?
What are there amenities?
Moving day is right around the corner!

The lease is for 1 year. The Cityfheps voucher is active for 5 years. For my building all of utilities are included. Not many amenities— a rooftop deck, package room, virtual doorman, and a storage room. Worth noting that this development has in unit washer/dryer which is pretty much all of the amenity that I need lol. And you’re right, move in day is almost here.

5 years is amazing! You don't have to worry about raises, bonuses and such!

What is a virtual doorman?

What is a virtual doorman?
A virtual doorman is the virtual intercom system. For this development unlike most NYC residences, tenants are able to allow visitors access via mobile device and not the traditional buzzer system.

FYI, these have been banned since 2015. Of course, landlords still find the occasional loophole to create a poor door
