When I called them in January they were at 78 for the one bed list - still snails pace but better than what's showing on Mitchell-Lama Connect, dunno why the one bed doesn't update on the site. Lease renewal for my current place will be happening soon, so I willbe calling them again soon to see where it's at now.

The one bed list is not updating on Mitchell Lama Connect for some reason - I have called annually for what the one bed list is actually up to and it is up to 78, not 46. Still moving at a snail's pace though, it has been at 78 for at least two years.
