Hi, maybe most people already know this, but I've just discovered that the track numbers and the street numbers run in the same way--the higher the number, the more toward uptown. Now, I can navigate inside Penn easily and know exactly where to come out at an exit.

Another good thing to remember is that A,C (blue) run under 8TH ave and 1,2,3 (red) run under 7TH ave. This also helps to orient yourself in the station.
