Those are Star Trek Pez dispensers
I pay slightly less than $1000/month. But I own the place since the early 90's. If I were to sublet it, I could ask at least $2000 owing to the location.

That 90 Sqft place could hardly be called an apartment in the first place. More like a glorified dorm room. I could easily live in a 250-300 sq ft apt if it was a cool floorplan. Some floor plans make great use of space while some can be generously larger yet add virtually no extra functionality
