If you're thinking the song "I Got a Feelin" (Tonight's Gonna be a Good Night), I think it's far enough "different" from it that they can get away with it. Black Eyed Peas probably already thought of it and had a lawyer tell them that they'd have a very shaky case. Nice catch though!
I guess it does work? I dont feel like eating any Subway though. Like a poster said, theres plenty of delis that make far better sandwiches at good price too.
I don't go to Subway because there are a thousand other delis that in my opinion make better sandwiches.
I was waiting in line in a subway in the financial district in NYC. A guy had a plate of long bread dough and he got a spray bottle with a blue liquid inside and squirted all over the bread dough. i guess this makes the bread bake faster.

Ok that's scary. The only blue liquid I can think of is Windex....and I know that's probably not what he was spraying, but it's enough to make me never want to eat Subway again. lol
Showing these commercials repeatedly, whats the point? does it make people go to Subway more?
Just for the record, nobody shows commercials because they think it's fun. They show 'em because sponsors are paying to have 'em shown. (And yes, the more times the commercials run, the more you're supposed to be thinking that heading over to Subway is a good idea).

My guess it could be some water to make the bread have a slightly crisp exterior and chewy interior when it comes out of the oven. Why it would be blue, I have no idea. Maybe something artificial that gives it a nice "fully cooked" color when it comes out of the oven (akin to spreading egg whites over it?)???
I think it all comes down to is that Subway is a fast-food type place and it's probably a short cut to make the bread come out with the right color/texture ASAP.

That is absolutely disgusting. I am never going to eat at a Subway ever again. Many restaurants use those blue liquids, those are toxic cleansing fluids that have various dangerous chemicals in them. I never go to a restaurant if they use spray bottles of any sort.
