For all you October class guys. If you want a great garage to do your probation in. M7 is where it is at. Brand new facility. We get 2 lockers a piece. Which by the way are also brand new. Guys look out for the junior guys. Easy commute from SI. If that is where you are comin from. Clean garbage. You will understand what that means when you are on the job. So if you have any kind of hook. Don't waste it anywhere else. Come to M7. If any of you have OJT there make sure to share with the class. Hope to see you guys soon. P.S. Anybody from the September class that has me beat or earlier, need not apply. LOL.
so i got my disqualifation letter yesterday. they said that for a 25 year old male my spine isnt correct which is total bs i never had a back problem or anything. im going to go to my own doctor and appeal this decision does anybody who has been through this process have any tips for me i would appreciate it thankyou
At least they gave you a reason why you were disqualified. I know people who got disqualified from an open competitive bus operator exam for no other reason then the "1 in 3 rule". Worst part is that there is nothing you can do about it, all a lawyer will tell you is that they cannot reject you
because of gender, race, religion, etc, that you have to prove it.
I can give you a number to a law firm that deals with employment and
labor issues with the city, wouldn't hurt to at least ask if you have any
legal rights in your case.

What is the "1 in 3 rule"?
