why nycha wont move me to a bigger apartment

I need an apartment of 3 bedroom because I have my partner and 3 daughters , one of them has led and the other one is a baby of 8 months I need space , if from here to June I don't get an apartment I'm calling the news so the could come see the apartment and put it world wide because I have a daughter whit led and all 3 of them are asmatic and you guts haven't come paint or nothing i only have 1 bedroom I got no space.
