Many photo hosting sites claim copyright to the photos its users post. You really have to read the Terms and Conditions. It seems very unfair to me. They're entitled to the software protections, but man, we took the photos!!! With our cameras!!! We're the ones who make their sites worth visiting.
Anyway, that's probably why Photobucket deleted By~Tor's. People would be better off posting links to their photos, instead of the photos themselves, on the sites where they posted them first.
