Well if the 20 a day rule and no Friday FP that would mean you still have a 8/12 FP date, a few of us got emails and no call, such as myself, a few people have stated that a email basically means your gonna go to FP for the August class and to expect a call tomorrow, they prob just didn't get to your folder yet for the call. I just find it difficult to believe I was selected for FP 4 days after my medical, which is when my email came, also that the 1st class went 400 list numbers for 100 guys, I dunno what's going on lol all I know is I recieved an email for cpd-b and I-9 and all that, I'm going to call tomorrow. Email link still not working.. #289*.. I got my call at 445 pm on Friday. .. so most likely they didn't call because they went home. I'm sure they'll call on Monday the rest of you guys that just got email. .. When I went on the 18th for pre-0 she told us alot of previous pre-0's that came did NOT have a cdl. Only logical reason the list moved this rapidly. BTW just turned 38.. Lol. 18yrs at current job. Looking at 60 when all said and done!

Congratulations, I was the same age when I started DSNY. My advice to you is start jogging or running. Do lots of cardio and streching. Hit the gym espically during that one month of fbf. Stay away from the food truck, eat healthy. Get the 401K, you will be at the right age when you retire to cash it in. Good luck.

Did you call them yet? Do you know what time HR opens? And I'm still having problems with the link not working,
I just got off the phone with HR. They said that they still are calling people for this class and they sent out the e-mails to people that didn't get calls just in case people failed and that we might be able to squeeze into this class. Most likely we will be in next months class though. I guess that means I'm starting my new job tomorrow. I can't afford to go 2 months without any income coming in.
I called as well, all she told me was I passed my medical, and she doesn't know what class they'll get up to my number just to wait for the call lol and the NYC careers site is down.
