My guess would be Pelham Parkway.

The only two neighborhoods listed that I am unfamiliar with housing prices in are Briarwood and Bath Beach so there is a chance one of them is more affordable but somehow I doubt it.

Prices in Pelham Parkway are about $90,000- $100,000 for a studio co op or condo,$130,000-$150,000 for a 1 br co- op or condo,$200,000 for a 2 br,$350,000 for a single family house and maybe $450,000 for a 2 family. It might be one of the few areas of NYC where it's now actually cheaper to own than to rent.
