Me not being from NYC .. I go to other hoods and Boroughs all the time .. I have my favorite which is the Bronx .. But I like all areas of NYC to some extent .. all of the different neighborhoods have their own flavor and feel .. I always saw it as Crazy how New Yorkers live here so long without visiting the other neighborhoods of their city .. That's the whole reason I came to this place .. To see all of the different places inside of this Big Place .. lol

The only place I have not been to yet is Staten Island ...But, I'm Gonna make a trip over there sometime soon though ..

Always been a heated rivalry between the two boroughs. They treat each other as if they're two different states. That's the way it's was when I was growing up idk about present day.

Lol dont know what your smoking buddy. I dont think you even know what your talking about. Flatbush and Canarsie are worst than any neighborhood in Queens.. and those are not even the worst Brooklyn neighborhoods. Brownsville and East New York make any area in Queens look like a walk in the park.

Boro rivalry.. everybody thinks their boro is better.. Or may have had a bad experience in that boro and then generalize it, thinking the whole boro is like that or everybody there is like that.

As a resident of Queens who has spent most of his life doing all kinds of things in Manhattan, I can honestly say my innocent disapproval of its inhabitants has grown into full blown hate. They are shut off, display inhumane countenances, intolerant of any outer borough citizens, intellectual pompous phonies, over-educated, arrogant, conceited snobs, politically liberal yet condescending, know it all brats. The women are easily now worse than the men. Everyone looks, dresses and acts the same, like they all have the same office job and apartment, and have the exact same WASP, Caucasian parents.

Manhattan is like Washington DC. Both areas people have the same attitude. But that's how folks are in such competitive ambitious places.
