I always dreamed of living in Brooklyn yea boooooy riding my skateboard and hanging. The shows on tv make it look the best . Any jobs hiring I will work not afarid of hard work. As long as I have afer 5 pm to skate board. It must be amazing skateboarding all over ny. I have 800.00 saved so I should get by for a while. Where do all tye boarders hang out , can't wait july here I come .

Oh yeah, $800 will get you so far. You really should go to school and do something with your life, or at least find a job in advance before you move.

Meanwhile this person sounds more realistic than half the "heads" in Brooklyn.

Best luck, but you're 10 years too late kid.

don't forget to bring your tents and sleeping bags so you can at least live for free in the prospect park in the summer time before you land a job to get settled here.

Back in the day the skaters used to be under the Brooklyn bridge on the manhattan side. Read that they recently closed it off.
