OP I think you should look somewhere on Ocean or to the west of it. Ocean Avenue is really nice, I lived on Ocean and J, and it was mad chill aside from some neighbours who sounded like they had a rock band on the second floor

Your section of ocean is somewhat calm from what I read... North more on ocean gets a little more crazy at times. I want to be wrong but seems real. I don't care about loud neighbors. My only concern is low life's trying to pull low end robberies and phone jacking at the subway stop there and to home. Are handguns illegal in NYC? Gotta defend yourself in this world
