Gonna be an interesting year up there. The few san men that had still coming up every year were all promoted, got tissues, or got fed up with the super. Gonna be a lotttt of guys up there for the first time training. Mostly the 2013 guys. They're gonna have to beg some guys to come back lol

So us 2013 guys won't qualify unless they get desperate and make exceptions because the first class of 2013 was August if I'm not mistaken
You just gotta be off probation. They always say 2 years cause they know the hiring year will be 2 years ago (I.E. 2013 to 2015)
No one ever likes fbf and very few ever go back so like last year was mostly 2012 guys, this year will be mostly 2013 guys and so forth
