Thanks, that is decent size for a studio.

Did anyone from Crossings building see how the Commons building is doing? Are they almost done? Any one heard on the latest?

Apparently first move ins for the Commons building were slated for end of July but are now being pushed back to some time in August. It also looks like they've been working on the garage too.

Just out of curiosity, did they give you a lease yet? Just wondering if the estimate move-in dates are right.

Congrats. So happy for you. We're you able to see a completed unit so you get an idea of what it looks like before signing?

I was not able to see my unit before signing the lease. That is still really weird to me because it is on one of the floors that is ready for occupancy.

That's disappointing I was hoping to see my unit before move in (late Sept). Did you have to resubmit your paperwork before the signing? Do you mind saying wether u signed for the low income or middle? I have some questions...

I'm middle income, I did not have to resubmit any paperwork before signing. Ask away, I'll do my best to be helpful.

That's so crazy there wasn't a show room unit available.

Did they mention anything about annual verifications for middle income? I doubt it because the rent is so expensive so it doesn't seem logical to keep asking for paystubs and tax returns to see if the tenant continually qualifies.

Was the gym available for show?
