Is there a way to search for just posts with attachments in here? I'm trying to find that amenity price list, haha...

Hi, anyone else get an apartment with a closed kitchen, aka no bar countertop, no open shelving looking into the living/dining area? Not a huge deal since I'm used to closed kitchens, but I was curious.

Also, you guys are very lucky if offered two or more floor plans! I was offered only one floor plan, and of course, I accepted! So grateful to be offered one!

Closed kitchens are great, but I love having an island.

Hey does anyone know if they recheck your income before moving in or is it only for people who submitted their documents months ago?

Please and thank you!

120 days is the rule I think, so if there's chance you will move in more than 120 days since your income certification then they will redo it. I dunno if that's 120 days from your earliest document, your interview date, or the date they finished certifying you...

Your financials need to be "current", which means they have to be dated less than 120 days from your lease start date. If you don't have a move in date yet, you'll probably need to submit closer to that date but if it's coming up soon, then probably not.
