There are over 100 off airport parking lots at JFK. You might look up Avistar Parking, which offers a discounted rate if you pay in advance, valet parking, courtesy car to and from the terminals and is very convenient for driving as it is right off the Belt Parkway and a short distance from the 678, which I assume you'll be coming off of.
Correction: Avistar no longer has a JFK location. I parked there several years ago and was pleased with their service.
Yes C&D is the best and cheapest around JFK, I've been there a few times absolutely will be back and highly recommended the only thing their lot is small you have to call in advance to reserve.
