The upside: the building is gonna be nice. It's multi-colored. Blue, yellow, and ish. The downside: Surrounded by a plethora of ratchets. That particular block is sketchy, and very hot
The building is more situated at Park avenue. Lehman projects are across the street. They're bad, but tame compared to the other NYCHA developments. The building is gray, red, and yellow I believe. You've got Mount Sinai hospital not far, lots of museums, a block away from Central Park, lots of transit options, NYC market just across the street, Steak and Hoagies, on Madison.
i wouldn't spend more that $20,000 to live across from the projects
