Haven't seen this posted yet (and if there is a thread, mods feel free to merge); new homeownership opportunity for NYC-ers (currently in Spanish Harlem but the site varies its opportunities):

HPD - Owners - Homeowner - For Homebuyers

A whooping 4 two-bedroom units on offer so odds aren't good; but if you decide to enter, let us know if you get in! Good Luck!

The upside: the building is gonna be nice. It's multi-colored. Blue, yellow, and ish. The downside: Surrounded by a plethora of ratchets. That particular block is sketchy, and very hot

Why spend all that money to have a view of the project. I would not waste my money on that.

The building is more situated at Park avenue. Lehman projects are across the street. They're bad, but tame compared to the other NYCHA developments. The building is gray, red, and yellow I believe. You've got Mount Sinai hospital not far, lots of museums, a block away from Central Park, lots of transit options, NYC market just across the street, Steak and Hoagies, on Madison.
