I just passed the general knowledge test today. I'll be going back in a few days to take air brake, tanker tests. Also, if I'm doing my driving classes in a school bus, do I need the passenger or school bus endorsement? Or both? I see in the book, Section 4 is passenger and Section 10 is school bus. Just want to make sure I study and take correct ones I need.

You need to take the test for the passenger endorsement.

You need passenger and school bus. The passenger endorsement allows you to drive something like an Atlantic city bus. School bus is an additional set of safety skills to drive a bus full of kids. If you show up to road test in a school bus you need both

I'm learning on a school bus now with a local school, all I have is Passenger endorsement and I'm good. No Need for school bus endorsement to learn on the school bus.

I just took the road test in a school bus. You don't need the school bus endorsement, only passenger.

I think you only need the school bus endorsement if you're transporting kids specifically from a school to a home. Something along those lines.

You need a school bus endorsement to be hired to actually transport those little runts. But only a passenger for the test

Hey guys I'm curious to know, i know quite a few guys were called in to take the physical a couple of months ago, I'm not sure how many though, but I heard it was over 1000.. My question is when and if they start getting the ball rolling this year, would they be calling a 1,000 people for pre-orientation and medical?

It was well over 1000 they called lmao

And no they often do as many as possible so they don't have to do it again. Sometimes they don't have to do it again for years. Sorry you didn't find some clever loophole to guess what number they're going to get up to. Everyone will have to wait and see how the first class goes
