I know of one guy hired in 2012 who got a ticket from safety officer flowers for no seat belt in an ez pack and that's what they did. Let him finish his probation then suspended him a day lol.
That means that he didn't write it till after his probation was up. Once it's written its on your evaluation whether it's heard or not. Since you have no representation while on probation you will not go to trials.

Negative. It was written up, served to the garage, and in the computer system months before his probation was up. I'm not really sure what you're not understanding. They simply agreed to south off on him and then come to an in house trial for him later. There is a guy in a Manhattan east garage they did the same thing for. He just got off his probation and then they hit him. Complaint is in his evaluation, they just give you a satisfactory anyway so it doesn't matter
