Not sure if you are also NYCbornNbred72, but you need to open your eyes.

Just compare what we see today to this video toby2016 had in another similar thread: https://youtu.be/eDByfey1TVc

Lotsa new development and commercial activity going on. Businesses and families generally don't flock to places that are going downhill.

Businesses? Do you mean the massive influx of Asian brothels that can be found on 41st ave, college point blvd, northern blvd, 162st? Go speak to the captain at the 109 pct about what's happening to the area then come back and write a book report on what you learned.

Once sanctuary city status is lifted after Trump's election, we'll see what "families" are moving in. ROFL. So sorry. So sorry.

this is similar to what the wasps and dutch said to you irish who were stereotyped as drunk, rapist, violent wifebeating subhumans when you came here in droves at the turn of the 20th century. we're all immigrants and should understand that it's a process.

If someone gets banned then immediately changes their IP Address to make a new username, aren't they suppose to get banned again?

Thanks for the analysis. Flushing is a great place to shop and for sightseeing. Have you looked into where the Chinese population is moving out to Long Island. It would be interesting to read your analysis.

Is Nassau County next?

One interesting thing to note is that unlike the other main Chinese populations in North America (L.A., the Bay Area, Toronto and Vancouver) New York does not have any Chinese "ethnoburbs."

I don't respect how much money they could earn but I do appreciate their contribution to the recycling cause even though they were driven by the petty profit behind each bottle/can they dig out of trash cans taller than their body length sometimes.

I feel their existence is more significant to us fellow citizens than those banking suckers who design one after another type of toxic financial products or those overly paid SV coders who spend all their lives moving iphones from gen 3 to 4 to 5 to 6 to 7 every six months.
