https://www.cityrealty.com/nyc/marke...ers-plaza/5061

Quote:
Strivers Plaza is an eight-story affordable housing building at 275 West 140th Street in central Harlem. The housing lottery for their 53 new units is officially open and accepting applications. Aufgang Architects designed the project which features a laundry room, community room, intercom system, rooftop terrace, bike storage, and 24-hour on-site maintenance. The building will also hold an 8,000 square-foot supermarket on the ground level as well as a 500 square-foot community facility.
