Exactly

Some things are questionable. Absolutely.

Answer me this. Doesn’t something seems strange about this one? That guy looks mentally ill.

DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE?

"Tard strength" is a real thing bro. I had one of dem' high functioning tards living next door to me complete with the hanging low lip constantly glistening from drool. We knew to give "Chuck" a wide berth because if he got angry it was like the Hulk coming out. When Chuck was 15-16 years old he got angry at Billy who was as athletic as they came, the same age over 6ft tall and a basketball player. I saw him toss Billy around like a rag toll and pound away on him like a rabid Chimpanzee.

Who's going to payfor this mook's appeal? Gideon only covers initial trial.

This is over. He's done.

and which appeal will we hypothetically be looking at ? The 1st,2nd or 3rd ?

Did you pick up on any of his facial and body ques?
While cuffed from behind he clasped both hands, stretched out arms
pointing both hands towards his family while being escorted from court.
Is this the accepted behavior of truly mentally challenged person or a cunning
dimwit?

one thing I never understand is, once the judge rules the verdict, in this case guilty.
why do we have "appeals" what do they think, they keep appealing until they get the verdict they want? then the other side appeals.

I think the whole appeal thing is insane.

My personal view is, the father knew something, hence, he did not go, called the daughter umteen times....
i think maybe she was dead and chanel found her already in a bad state...

but, this jury deceided, so thats thats.

I do think think the father is a wack-a-doo, and the mother doesnt look wrapped to tight either.
but again, a defensless young woman was robbed of her life, and that I truly feel bad for.

The fact that someone took it upon them self to take this young ladies life away completely sickens me to no end.

I do hope that they made the right decesion and that this man truly was the killer, and not just a part of it.
