A bit of good news. BG posted a job posting for a Building Engineer for 40 Riverside and 10 Freedom Place. The ad says "10 Freedom Place is currently under construction and is expected to have tenants move in, in September 2017."
This was posted on August 8, so it can't be that outdated. I can't imagine the building is too far behind schedule if just 2 weeks ago they said September 2017 move-ins. They may be a bit behind schedule with final preparations (like the lobby, and cleaning apartments), but I don't think it will be too much longer.

That is the first time I've seen them give an actual expected date of move-in. Again, it can't be too far behind if that's what they said just 2 weeks ago. Sure, maybe it'll be October. But it's gonna be soon!
The floor plans don't seem to be detailed, but you can get an idea. It seems that the apt#'s are not in the same place on the individual floors. Laundry, Children's playrooms, Fitness center and Bike storage are all on 2nd floor as well as the staff lounge & management office. We are movie' on up.
Could they be calling people and we just don't know?
I guess so. They could not be at our log # yet. But they might have told us that they hadn't gotten to us yet when we called instead of saying it's on hold.
Given hesnyc's ridiculously low log number with a CB preference, if they are calling people, it would only be disability people, since they would be the only people going before hesnyc.
