Yea, I'm good, just waiting for the delivery. I feel July is the month. Again, the wait in front of us is shorter than the wait behind us.

I'm really hoping to be put in the lower bracket because there are 18 one bedrooms and the rent is lower at $895. If I get put in the higher bracket then there are only 10 one bedrooms and my rent will be $1208! My log number probably isnt good enough (12,xxx) to get a one bedroom in the higher bracket.

I actually noticed this myself from the emails I get from other lotteries awhile ago.

I'm in the 80% AMI bracket for a single person. On the original 10 Freedom Place PDF it shows my bracket for a 1-bedroom as $42,789 - $50,800, but on this PDF for Walton Ave in the Bronx it shows it as $ 44,949 - $ 53,440.
It seems strange they would change the AMIs without updating the PDFs and providing them to the interviewees. Also, if the AMIs change, wouldn't it follow that the rents would change, too?

I sincerely hope July is the month!

I don't know how affordable Housing work with the AMI but if you check other lotteries you would see it all was raise as well. I found out through 311 so I'm pretty sure the information is accurate but who knows, I'm am just waiting and learning new things out as I go.
