One video was a market rate apartment and one was affordable. The market rate had hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. The affordable unit had carpeting and white appliances.

From what I've seen through the windows, it seems that the appliances in 10 Freedom Place are stainless (or faux stainless). I hope it's not all carpeting, though. If it is all carpeting I might ask about replacing the carpeting with hardwood at my own cost.

The timing of 21 West End Avenue is about similar. Their lottery closed November 2015 and the first tenants moved in late summer/early fall 2016.

.
That's a good idea. Carpet may be cheaper in the short term, but wood floors are so much more durable!

I crossed fingers and toes and anything else that can be crossed. I hope they didn't forget us! Another week gone, this wait has become agony beyond my wildest imagination. I would have never thought it would be this stressful.

My prediction: Certificate of Occupancy in July, process starts moving again in August, first lease signings in September.

I agree, that is a optimistic assumption. That makes sense, but it would be less stressful if they were to say something. I HOPE THEY DON'T FORGET US!!! Any how, July is only one week away, again I say the wait in front of us is hopefully shorter than the wait behind us.

Ugh, I hope the process resumes as soon as the COO comes in, but I guess I should prepare myself for a little delay.

I happened to be out and about today and went by the building. I think the prediction of September is fair to say. There looks like they have made a street parallel to where the 10 FP entrance will be. Progress on the outside seems to be moving slowly maybe they are working on the inside. Also, the north side windows seem to have been washed. Other then that it looks like nobody will be moving in for a while.
