There are only two ways to go > move forward or stop, there is no going backwards. So just keep the faith that it is moving forward. I think the time in front of us is shorter than the wait time behind us.

Hey guys, according to my people but between us of course, Breaking Ground is also in the process of expanding their current office space and hiring 30 more employees for "processing and leasing" departments. An FYI on the screen shot I uploaded a couple of days ago is that it stands for our building not the market rate building, so the delivery for July 2017 applies to 10 Freedom Place. 1 West End has sold most of it's units and is in closing or negotiations through various brokers. The floor plans for this building are insane. The PH is a duplex with 5 BR and 4 Bathrooms. I also saw that the inspections are going through. Keep in mind Silverstein is friends with everybody so they will move it along for him and his abatement is attractive. MONEY TALKS...lol

Feels like we are getting close. Hope so. Good to be in real estate, you can snoop and I know who Breaking Ground's office landlord and broker are.

June 1st. Here was the email, I inquired for status of my application. They already pulled the credit for myself and my husband as well.

"Good day
Yes your file is in process as we are waiting for some certification for the building to pull through
Also I will not be handling your file anymore for another has been chosen to handle the building
They will contact you as soon as things become more explainable"

so yeah, limbo....lol

No it was one of the intake specialists. The onsite supervisors I believe are listed as Jezabel Paulino and Debra Dickey.
