as of June 1st i was told by Paulino that i was eligible and by end of July approved applicants will be called for viewing & a month after for lease signing. as of yet the building does not have a certificate of occupancy. I did reach out on 6/23/17 for a update through email and was not told much. so i guess its a waiting game.

Hi HMinnie, welcome to the forum. How high is your log number? Do you have a CB pref or any other preferences? What kind of unit are you applying for (2 bedroom, 1 bedroom, studio) and what income range (upper or lower)?

Do you remember when your interview was?

Are you in the upper or lower bracket income range? You have a much better chance if you are in the lower bracket because there are more units.

Lower bracket income range:
1 person: $32,058 - $38,100
2 people: $32,058 - $43,500

Upper bracket income range:
1 person: $42,789 - $50,800
2 people: $42,789 - $58,000

Hey, welcome to the forum! Thanks for sharing that info. End of July isn't so far away. I can't wait to see the apartments. I guess if they didn't give you an update on 6-23-17 that means nothing has changed and the timeline they gave you stands. At least I hope that's what it means!

I guess I'm am in the lower Bracket because I was told I couldn't go over 38,100 due to my overtime . I was told the rent was 895$. However as of June 1st; the AMI number was raise. so now its 40,080 instead of 38,100.

Just wondering, where did you hear about the AMI raising and the new $40,080 limit? Also, if you do go over the limit I guess you would just fall into the upper range so you wouldn't be disqualified.
