My church is in Harlem, so I guess it is a little distance

With all the subway lines at Columbus Circle, we'll have really good access to all of Manhattan!

Yea I think we would all get call back by mid july, my letter said the end of july. So im really hoping for July 19th or 21st... I will love to make it toward the second lease signing which is Aug 15th, if we miss that we would have to wait for sept 1st... lets pray on it guys!!!!!!

not a letter a email. When I reach out back in may to Ms. Paulino she just basically said somebody will reach out at the end of July to approve applicants to view a apt and a month or so after for lease signing.
As far as second lease signing im just generally speaking, I know you can only sign a Lease like the 1st or 15th of the month so hopefully we would fall straight into that

i guess somehow she knows that there will be a certificate of occupancy by the end of july because there still isnt one
