Just called them! They said 300 Ashland is a totally separate building and is NOT BAM South. Very confusing! Anyway, they are REOPENING the lottery, hence the new application deadlines. I was selected so not thrilled they are adding additional applicants. I asked if this was maybe because they hadn't recieved enough community board preference applicants and he said likely that is the reason. Also he said don't apply again if you already applied to BAM South.
OmG all this time I thought this lottery was for 300 Ashland! and that the receptionist just made a mistake. I hope this doesnt stall us who have already put in our paperwork.
I know, its weird, when I searched 300 Ashland came up too. I have NO idea what they are up to! Submitted my paperwork a month ago and haven't heard anything...
Yea I plan on calling tomorrow, to see what's going on. I mean the letter says "additional information" but how can it be additional if it was received already. And then they're asking for W2 2016 my job hasn't given those out.

Well sometimes we have to resubmit documents if 120 days have passed since you've turned yours in.
This isn't ran by the HPD but the rules for that state they have to use the 2015 tax returns until May.
This lottery is ran by the HFA I believe.
