Sadly you can make the median income in this city of about 50K although it's higher now, but still, as a single person you get NOTHING. You need to have farted out children, sometimes multiple, to qualify with that income. It's disgusting.
Don't worry about those auto shops, they are probably not long for the world. Once all the new yunnie buildings go up they will be replaced with overpriced craft beer and coffee shops. which at some point will remained shuttered because i think people have finally started having enough of that garbage.

I don't have community board preference but my log # is 38xx. My income is a bit lower than the range. I can only imagine if I ever will get called. What do you think?
