I emailed them and i was told that i have to wait from someone from the leasing department to contact me to view the apartment, lease signing and to discuss move in date.and someone named tara charles should contact me soon

No you do not move in the same day you sign your lease. The apt is available 4 days after you sign. Scheduled my signing for next week.

All the apartments are not done so it is holding management up.

@happy1075 so u can move in,in like two weeks?and i kinda figured that there still working on finishing up the apts .when i get the call i willl let u all know

You get the keys the day you move in, she said the super will have them.

Question...if they ran your credit report is that a good sign? I am in week 5 of waiting and just received a notification that my credit report was ran

Yes that is a good, normally that means your paper work checked out. Credit check normally the last on the list. If your paper work dont check out they wont run your credit.
