Great for commuters to the city, if you can afford it.gret views, if facing Shea stadium or flushing meadows.
who in their right mind would like to throw away a million dollar for an one-bed in the middle of the hood where is filled with a lot of low class undesirables?? the 3-d sources of noises from air/rail/freeway surrounding this area makes it unlivable for most sane people who can afford for alternatives.
