Pretty sure this was mentioned about a couple years ago. What makes you make a topic about this now?

Great for commuters to the city, if you can afford it.gret views, if facing Shea stadium or flushing meadows.

Would have been littered and graffiti'd within months. The type of businesses it could attract would also be less than stellar. South Bronx isn't ready for nice things yet

who in their right mind would like to throw away a million dollar for an one-bed in the middle of the hood where is filled with a lot of low class undesirables?? the 3-d sources of noises from air/rail/freeway surrounding this area makes it unlivable for most sane people who can afford for alternatives.

Good luck with the sale before the developer went out of business...

Only transplants are going to Bronx and majority of transplants can't afford any properties in Queens. If they build this thing in Bronx, they would have to reduce prices by 30-40% and what developer gonna do that? Flushing is the mecca of Queens now.

It was just a proposal a couple of years ago. It is now fully erected and close to completion. I saw this in person recently.

Flushing is dynamic, like many ascendent Asian cities today. Almost like a mini Hong Kong-Seoul-Shanghai-Tokyo all rolled into one. (Minus the skyscrapers of course - due to dumb restrictive NYC zoning).

New York should be proud to have something like this within its borders. Many cities would kill to have their downtowns as vibrant and strong as Flushing.
