An apt is pretty much a locker. You go there to sleep, eat, fck, sht and repeat. Also, store belongings in it.

dob does little policing. in fact here in flushing queens many business signs are not in english . it is still the law they must be in english yet the dob does no policing of it .they leave it to the cops .the cops say they are not going to break the chops of the people in the community so little is done in enforcement by dob

This is the issue with bringing in tons of illegals. They are used to packing in people like sushi. So the greedy landlords welcome 10 people in a 1 bedroom that pay $400 each. The native Americans (not Indians) can't afford it and move away or become homeless.

They need verification of either legal status or citizenship. Illegal aliens are not entitled to anything but your contempt.
