The only income source is going to be at the turnstile selling these 1/2 priced swipes.
You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink.
Billy blew it big time.

Unproductive meat sacks?
I just had a picture of Gumby and Pokey running through my thoughts...................
Don't know whether to bust out laughing or sit down and cry knowing that is where my property tax increase went this year.

The pool of eligible New Yorkers would expand in April to about 130,000 people who receive federal food stamps and are working, Mr. de Blasio and Mr. Johnson said — still a far cry from the 800,000 New Yorkers estimated by advocates to live below the federal poverty line of $25,000 a year for a family of four.

So let me get this straight.
You are working "off the books"
walking distance or take a bike or car to work from the house.
You are collecting food stamps and making below $25,000 a year.
You just got a free bee 1/2 fare metrocard that is useless to you but
great for me.
See you at the nearest turnstile. I'll have my $10 bucks ready.
