I lived in the financial district and temped in Clinton Hill. Five stops on the C going in the opposite direction of rush hour. Walk from the train through a leafy lovely neighborhood. The C ran less often, so the whole thing was if it came, which it usually did going the way I was going. Under half an hour.
No one can really answer your question, you are giving us 4 different neighborhoods in Brooklyn and commuting from who knows where in Manhattan. I suspect you just want re-assurance that yes it will be fine. I had to go to Brooklyn last week, one of those neighbors you listed and there was train delays for 40 minute. Delays are common during rush hour, they are a daily occurrence. So whatever you actual commute time is tack on a extra 15 minutes.
