I've walked by this Popeyes countless times and never even noticed it there. Today I noticed the place and looked thru the window. No thanks. Looks dirty. Plus a homeless guy was outside doing "door service". I would probably never eat at that Popeyes but I do like me a crispy chicken samwhich ever now and then.
