I can't think of a single neighborhood in Brooklyn where it's not hard to find a parking spot, expect maybe the section of East New York south of Linden Blvd?

Brooklyn Heights has nightmare ASP regulations. Many many years ago Brownsville, East New York, and other parts of the city, had 6 days per week ASP rules. Mo-We-Fr on one side and Tu-Th-Sat on the other side. Up until about 1980 the Ocean Parkway service roads had 8am to 6pm ASP rules 5-days per week.
