Self-defense is covered in the NYS constitution under Article 35 and applies the same to everyone. The weapons may be different, but that's it. Improvise. If I had to follow NY's unconstitutional laws, I'd still have something capable of acting as a deadly weapon on my at all times.

Whether their personal threat level has changed or not, every normal, hard working, peaceful citizen of a free society SHOULD be against criminals in every way.
