Maybe catch a nice breeze from the water, relax with some greenery. Nice. There are a lot of steps though.

Photos: New Yorkers Are Loving Little Island, The Hottest (Free) Ticket In Town
So, this is where all the people are at. Nice. This pandemic has made me a people person.
We were there in the daylight hours. Have to go back to check it out at night.

Little Island is located at Pier 55, across from West 13th Street, and is now open from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily. Timed entry reservations are required, and sell out fast (admission is free). That said, on Friday afternoon hundreds of walk-ups got in with only about a 15-minute wait, though on Saturday night they stopped admitting those without reservations by 9 p.m. Free live performances begin on June 13th.

Yes, I watched his video, that was all I needed to see from the comfort of my home.

I read somewhere that it was shut down temporarily for a while yesterday due to bad weather.

I can't see how anyone can relax there with the hoards of people, plus the tourist helicopters that will resume tours up and down the Hudson all day long every day.

Doesn't sound like a place id be able to relax in.

Went yesterday afternoon with the wife and enjoyed it briefly. Nothing too spectacular but a nice detour. Of course we prefer the botanical gardens in the bronx but again this is not bad for a quick stop by.

I am curious about some of the performances though mainly abt but just saw its sold out

I was able to get a ticket to the ABT performance and will check it out then, hopefully the weather's good, seems like a cool place to see a performance.

Oh, you're lucky! That's what we wanted to get. ABT is cool. Saw them often at Lincoln & they're going to hold a discussion section later discussing the pandemic. Tres cool.

I like this floating park. We've already been several times and it's even better at night time. Like it more than CP.
