If CNN cared anything about journalistic integrity -- which they don't because their core audience doesn't either -- they'd have sacked Fredo back in May when they found out he was coordinating messaging with his brother, whereas they didn't even bother to discipline him.
The bad news for Cuomo is the state AG a) doesn't like him and b) is politically ambitious. The good news for him is the rest of his party will stop pretending to care about his transgressions once the news cycle shifts to something else, which will be in about 15 minutes.
CNBC just reported that Biden was asked about the investigation today, and he called on Cuomo to resign. I’m no fan of Biden but I’ll give him credit for being consistent (in this one case).
