I have yet to hear anything more about this new retail going in around the Hub....can anyone confirm that it is 100% happening? I know that development overall has subsided, but any development backed by the city and tied to affordable housing, especially in transitioning communities like Mott Haven/The Hub, is thriving..so I would think this plan will move forward shortly. Any updates would be helpful guys...thanks. Maybe Seventhfloor can let us know whether permits have been filed for this?
